Wheres My Stuff

hey lady, where’s my stuff?!

If you already checked tracking and your package seems to be stuck somewhere, please know that we have our fingers crossed hoping that everyone’s gifts arrive in time. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. In “normal” times, most packages we ship within the continental US arrive within 3 to 5 business days. However, due to the global pandemic more people than ever have shopped online this holiday season. All shipping companies are dealing with a record number of packages and therefore significant delays. (Read about it in this Washington Post article.)  USPS has not been scanning packages at every point, so even if your package shows it stuck somewhere, it may actually be closer than you think. If you can’t find your tracking number for your order, please use the form below and give us your order number or the email address used to place the order.

If your package doesn’t make it in time for Christmas day it just means you get to extend the party!  We’ve already survived the great toilet paper shortage, being quarantined with our families, and maybe some uncomfortable Zoom meetings this year, we can handle a few late presents!  (We’re waiting on stuff, too.)

We know it’s not the same, but you could wrap a photo of the gift you ordered to let them know you didn’t forget, you’re just waitin’ on the postman. Ain’t no thing.

Want us to put together something for you to print out?  Use the contact form or email us and let us know your order number, add a custom message if you wish, and we’ll get email a PDF that you can print out and have ready in time for your big holiday shindig.

Why no phone number?

Thanks to a pesky little autoimmune disease I have a hearing loss and phone calls are stressful, so I prefer written communication.  Besides, cell phones are for texting, right?

when you shop online you don’t need to remember where you parked.
